On March 13th, 2022, the Catholic Cemeteries of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia served as a proud sponsor of the Philadelphia St. Patrick's Day Parade for a fifth year! That's right, after a two-year hiatus due to COVID, the Philadelphia St. Patrick's Day Parade was back on, and we were right there to celebrate with everyone along the parade route.
It was great to see a sea of green once more. Of course, the weather was a little chilly this year, but thanks to everyone's excitement and exuberance, it felt like a warm welcome once again. And why not show a little extra St. Patrick's Day holiday cheer? After all, it was the 250th Philadelphia St. Patrick's Day Parade. That's no small anniversary. We think it really added to the demonstration of this year's theme, Faith, Family, Friendship, and Heritage, by the crowd. And we were extremely proud to be a part of it. We hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did and we are already looking forward to next year's parade!
